GRP LINER

Eissa Fiber Glass GRP liners and benching are lightweight and resistant to corrosion and are made with strict quality standards. These liners can be supplied in a range of diameters, from 600mm to 3200mm, and can be up to 12 meters in length. Because of their superior resistance to corrosion and cost savings, GRP liners are often used in storm water and sewerage projects. They are designed to protect structures from corrosion caused by sewage metabolism by using flexible composites made of a thermosetting resin, glass fiber reinforcement, and additives as needed. The manhole cylinder can be outfitted with benching units, cover slabs with round or square openings, and lugs fixed to match project drawings. The GRP liner shaft was created using the same process as GRP pipes, with a filament winding machine. The cover slab, benching, chamber, gully port, ladder, safety cages, handrail, bucket, and saddle units are all made using a hand lay-up process with chopped strand mat and vinyl ester or polyester resin.

The units in the chamber require a GRP manhole liner, which is a thermoplastic concrete protective liner that is completely waterproof. The design of this liner is crucial for ensuring that the manhole remains protected for a long time and that water is transmitted efficiently.

GRP Manholes and chambers are designed for:
• Inspection and maintenance of drains or sewers.
• Ventilation of drains or sewers.
• Flow conditions change of a medium.
• Change of direction, change of pressure.
