GRP GRATING
Fiberglass Grating is created using glass fiber as the primary material in combination with either unsaturated polyester resin or anticorrosive ethylene resin. It is formed into a plate-like material with many spaces that have been specially processed. There are various colors available such as yellow, black, gray, green, blue, and red, or customers can request a custom color to suit their production needs. Common sizes include 25, 30, 38, 40, 45, 50, and 65mm, but again, customers can request a custom size if needed. It is a flexible and versatile material that is easy to cut and retain its shape.
- Corrosion, acid, and alkalinity, light and high-quality
- Flame retardant, insulation
- Anti-slip, aging resistance, long life
- Anti-fading, anti-rust
GRP PULTRUDED GRATING

Eissa Fiber Glass GRP Grating comes in three main shapes: I-bars, T-bars, and high-load bars. It is a superior choice for chemical preservation applications, as it is resistant to a variety of gases and liquids, including acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and salts. Depending on the needs, orthophthalic, isophthalic, or vinyl resin can be used as the matrix material. It has become increasingly popular, as it is replacing more traditional materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, wood, and non-ferrous metals.

FEATURES & BENEFITS
Lightweight & High Strength: The lightweight nature of GRP Gratings significantly reduces the need for heavy foundational support, leading to cost savings on construction materials. Moreover, the ease of cutting and installation, without requiring flame or large lifting equipment, minimizes installation expenses, as only a few manual and electric tools are needed.
Ergonomics: Working on solid concrete or steel platforms for extended periods can be tiring for workers, leading to fatigue and reduced efficiency. However, GRP gratings provide a more comfortable working surface that eases strain on workers’ backs, feet, and legs, thereby improving their overall comfort and productivity.
Good Thermal Performance: GRP gratings exhibit low thermal conductivity, making them excellent insulating materials.
Flame Retardant: GRP gratings come in various flame-retardant options.
GRP gratings thus offer a wide range of advantages, including cost-effectiveness, improved worker comfort, thermal protection, and enhanced safety in various applications and industries.
GRP MOULDED GRATING

Eissa Fiber Glass GRP Grating is a plank shaped material cured in the matrix of unsaturated resins including isophthalic, orthorphthalic, vinyl ester and phenolic, with reinforced frame of fiberglass roving through a special production process.
It is principally used for floors, platforms, stair treads, ramps, and trench cover.
